The Ecstatic Dance Women Retreat is an invitation to come into a state of availability. Being open for the life force energy, which is supporting us to find more clarity of our true self.

**Some IMPORTANT INFORMATION for the retreat.
- Please bring a yoga mat and water bottel to drink.
- Please bring some food to share for lunch. We will make a potluck.
- Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to move in with some potentially warmer layers.
- Please bring paper and a pen for writing.
